Our people make the difference; here’s what they do for your company. We’ve said it before, but it bears repeating: all hosting providers are not created equal. The typical low-end hosting provider’s commitment includes only power, communications access, and server hardware and OS; it does not extend to the application that you’re 100% concerned with ...your website. If your site goes down for whatever reason but their server is up, you’ll need to find and fix “your” problem. And good luck finding a real person to discuss the problem with; most such providers’ idea of support is email (at best). By contrast, eMagine commits to your application’s (website’s) uptime, not just our host server, comm and power. If you – or we – find your site down, or exhibiting any sort of unexpected problem, we’ll work with you to cure the problem as soon as possible. And you’ll be working with a real human – in fact, the same person over time, who knows and understands your site and its functions. Here is a snapshot of the processes we use to monitor, back up and (when necessary) remediate your website: Monitoring Procedures- Network monitoring
